Larry began working in law enforcement in 1986 with the Los Gatos / Monte Sereno Police Department. he has worked in many areas of the department including Parking Enforcement, Warrents clerk, Statistics Clerk, and Community Service Officer in the Detective Bureau. He also served as the Town of Los gatos Telephone Systems Manager for approximatly five years. Larry began serving as the Property and Evidence Manager in 1994. In 1996 he was the Town of Los Gatos' Employee of the Year. He has earned Outstanding Customer Service awards and Commendations with the Town of Los Gatos. In 1997 Larry was assigned to the Crime Scene Investigation team and has assisted in processing over 50 crime scenes. Larry has served at the local, regional, and state levels with property and evidence organizations. Highlights include: facilitating the Legislative Advocacy Committee of CAPE, which helped draft and pass property legislation; co-coordinating the 1996 CAPE annual state conference; and facilitating local bi-monthly evidence meetings between law enforcement, District Attorney, lab, and court personnel. In 2000, Larry was awarded State Property Officer of the Year by CAPE.
